It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk376 is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not use VPN, proxy or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
You must not register an Account or use the Platform if you are currently subject to an active self-exclusion order on pk376 or any other gambling platform, or if you have been identified as a problem gambler through a responsible-gambling programme. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
To access the full range of Platform services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid contact number. All information provided must be truthful — providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any unauthorized access report.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms, and any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering conditions will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC verification.
The Operator is required under its applicable license to verify the identity, age and, where required, the address and source of funds of all Account holders. You acknowledge that KYC verification may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform, including at registration, prior to a withdrawal, or in connection with any AML review.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and may place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of any KYC or AML review.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Operator's current payment processing procedures. Available payment methods are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Operator. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that your Account is in good standing. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from odds changes between submission and confirmation of a bet.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; insufficient details were available at the time the bet was placed; a technical error affected the odds or bet acceptance; or applicable rules specify voiding conditions. Void bet stakes are returned to the Account balance.
All RNG casino games use certified random number generators and are provided by licensed third-party game developers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed where available from the game provider. The Operator makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. The house edge applies to all casino games.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for high-volume betting activity or where fraud or abuse is suspected.
All promotional offers, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards, are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution percentages, maximum bet amounts during bonus play, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires bets totalling PKR 150,000 to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or per selection applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum-bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only, subject to the Operator's eligibility criteria. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or revoke any bonus at any time where abuse, fraud or technical error is identified, or where a user has violated these Terms. Each promotional offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address or device, unless otherwise stated.
Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling decisions made by users, fluctuations in odds, the outcome of sports events, the outcome of casino games or any action or omission by a third-party payment provider, game supplier or data-feed provider.
The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. A range of player-protection tools are available within your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to you or others, you must immediately activate self-exclusion via your Account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Once self-exclusion is active, you must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform using alternative credentials.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of Account suspension pending investigation, deposits will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. The Operator will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Operator's applicable license conditions shall apply.
